I guess they don't bake on Wednesdays or Sundays?

Woah!  How did I not know about this before?  Apparently... those little tags on bread are for more than just keeping the bags shut... they are an indicator for when the loaf was baked!! Stumbled upon this cool article today, use this to select the freshest loaf next time you're picking up bread at the store!!

**In some instances a tag might contain a date rather than a color- keep in mind this date is the SELL BY date, not the baked on date.**
